Ok i broke down and read a good 74% of it... I have a brilliant idea, i want to drive past a late yellow light standing up in the back of a pickup with no plates with my ass showing. Only flaw with this masterful plan is that i would have no way of recieving this photo after it being taken... Oh well, im sure the operator of the camera will post it on the net 2 weeks later.
