Buy her a mercedes smart car. They have a dealership right in Beverly hills. There approximately 25k brand new, they get somewheres between 40-50 mpg, they are still a mercedes, thus pass regular emissions and crash tests. I've been told they pass the same crash test as the g-class. Plus there small so easy to maneuver around, and there unique as not many people own one! This would be my choice if I were you!
