I'm surprised that there are no So Cal cities listed.

Thats great for a change...

PEOPLE IN LOS ANGELES DON'T REPORT THERE CAR STOLEN BECAUSE:

1) They just figured the repo guy finally caught up with them. :?

2) It was stolen to begin with.

3) They have so many cars, what's one less.... 8)

4) They are scared of the imigration dept coming after them. :(

5) It's just a waste of time to call LAPD and make a report, they wait
24 hours for an officer to show up and by then it's already in Mexico.

6) They'd rather find it on their own and deal with it in their own way...
