to do the side panels to flare-out so that the car looks like wide-body. details and cost please. I saw these two cars on the freeway the other day.

Take it to your body guy and I'm sure he'll fill you in with all the details. I have a guy who does wide-body mods for P-cars and well it's around 10K for metal......
