Local Los Angeles Detail - My Review and Recco...

Postby AsianImage » Sun Jun 10, 2007 10:19 pm

Today...our resident speedmaster....err...ticketmaster and youngin...Sean AKA Sapple89 came over to my house and gave my pcar a much needed wash, clay and wax.

HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB!!!

Sean and his buddy are trying to start a small side business detailing cars. So I volunteered my baby for him to come out and test out his skills. If you guys are looking for a detail...I would recommend giving Sean a chance. He works really hard and is really passionate about it. Plus he is mobile...so it is very convenient for you.

I have some pics...and its very very hard to tell what a great job he did since SILVER is hard to tell flaws. And truth be told...my car was in pretty decent shape to begin with...so his clay and wax is actually more of a TOUCH thing than a SEE thing. Even my family during my Sunday dinner...I told them to touch the car and they were soooo amazed at how smooth the paint was. My car had some tar and pits from this and that...Sean took it all down with clay and then gave it a nice wax to protect it. The FEEEEELS so good. So the pics are NOT really that representative of the quality of the work he did.

So...if you guys are interested in having your baby pampered and cleaned ....drop Sapple89 a line.

enjoy...

here is the hood...again you cannot see it...but you can definitely FEEL it...it is butter smooth.

I realized that this something I enjoy doing and if I can make a few extra bucks doing it why not

Are you thinking of doing this full-time eventually? Are you going PRO?

The average person who gets there car washed at a 10$ drive in shop is not the clientel I am looking for. The clientel I am aiming for are "car guys." People who take pride in what they drive and how their car is treated.

Plenty of car washes out there,,,,, your clients will come if there is a good service being performed......

SWEET!!!!

Kato and Onetime - you will find although Sean is young..he is very very careful and here's the kicker..he actually APPRECIATES the cars. He literally WANTS your turbo to look its best.

I say..jump on it now BEFORE he gets old and tired and cranky and begins to HATE cleaning cars!

For reals tho...he spent alot of time on my car...getting out the pits and bumps and road/tar spots that the naked eye CANNOT SEE. Let me repeat that...you COULD NOT SEE anything wrong with my paint. You had to FEEL IT. You had to run your hands to feel the crap that was on my paint...Sean was down there with clay bar in hand and went over the whole car by feel...not by looks. Again...us SILVER car owners are blessed with the color looks clean all the time. So...Sean easily could of left it well enough alone...instead he took his time and removed all the crap from my car. Now a week later...last night I went to my car and wiped it down for weekend...and the finish is still buttery soft.

Give the kid a break...and let him detail your ride!

ok...Sapple89 PR agency is now closed! 8)
