that's how the game is played. Ur next step is to take it to a bodyshop and usually works on high end vehicles and have them get into contact with the neighbors insurance agent and they will talk to them and get more money to cover the costs completely

i shouldn't have to pay anything. :(

Well your insurance will foot the bill, then they will bill the persons at fault for the repairs. its easy dude, get into contact with your insurance.

Yes, contact your insurance and file the claim through them. You are 100% NOT at fault so you will not need to pay the deduct as you also have the right to take it to a body shop of choice.

If you have the $$$ get it fixed and you'll get a check from your ins. co. Forget trying to deal with his ins. co. direct.

He doesn't have to. . .

The other guys insurance will need to cover that period. In the event the other guy didn't have insurance he (Sean) would have to pay for it.

Regardless if it is your fault or not, you still got to pay the deductible. Find a shop you can work with and waive the deductible. Get three estimates and just submit the highest and tell them that is the lowest you got.

Why should i have to pay a dime? Car was parked and USAA is claiming fault 100%

Call your insurance co. I'm telling you, they will make the other insurance co. pay 100%

No, they won't. I had a friend who went outside one morning and her car was completely smashed. Someone drove a truck on top of it or something unbeleivably absurd. Her insurance went through the roof and she had to pay a deductable. Such is life, it ain't always fair buddy! :pirat:
