Just sign your vehicle over to your cop buddy who will register it for you in his name. Then have him put in one of those "non-info" cards at the DMV...

Will someone please enlighten me on the 11-99 foundation? I see them on 98% of high end cars and I still have no clue what the connection is with it, the car, and the CHP. Thanks.

Just like those idiots who rob 7-11 stores.... I mean, what's the take? And what's the price if they get caught....? Dude, it would be better to just take on a bank....

Most of those report I hear end up with a suspect robbing a 7-11 and only taking less than $200. Come on do the math, a bank is 10-fold the better opportunity, but who am I......
