Mossberg 500 Tactical 5+1 Shotgun in Southern Cali for sale.

Postby JPCCDD » Wed May 09, 2007 10:29 pm

EDIT BY MODERATOR: FASTFORWARDWHEELS

All firearms purchases and transfers, including private party transactions and sales at gun shows, must be made through a licensed dealer under the Dealer Record of Sale (DROS) process. California imposes a 10-day waiting period before a firearm can be released to a buyer or transferee. A person must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a rifle or shotgun. To buy a handgun, a person must be at least 21 years of age, and either 1) possess an HSC plus successfully complete a safety demonstration with the handgun being purchased or 2) qualify for an HSC exemption.

As part of the DROS process, the buyer must present "clear evidence of identity and age" which is defined as a valid, non-expired California Driver's License or Identification Card issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles. A military identification accompanied by permanent duty station orders indicating a posting in California is also acceptable.

If the buyer is not a U.S. Citizen, then he or she is required to demonstrate that he or she is legally within the United States by providing to the firearms dealer with documentation that contains his/her Alien Registration Number or I-94 Number.

Purchasers of handguns are also required to provide proof of California residency, such as a utility bill, residential lease, property deed, or government-issued identification (other than a drivers license or other DMV-issued identification).

(PC Section 12071)

perfect home defense baby!

I have a glock for personal safety...which I had some loot looks like a nice piece to have under the bed...just in case.

Maybe ONETIME needs some extra firepower?

I've had a Mossberg and the Glock, actually I still have the Glock 30 45.

Pretty neat home defence..... Personally if you know how to fire a weapon effectively then the Glock just makes more sense.... With Split-Point Hallows, you'll know when you hit something PSP or not.... ;)

Good Luck w/ the sale... the market will dictate the selling price.

Nice piece IA, I have the Glock 30 which is the compact version of the 23, I just thought the 23 was a little long for me.
I have a decent shot so the length of the barrel doesn't play a significant roll.....
Besides you know most gun battles happen as point-blank range....  :(

Only mods mine has is the sights (night dots)

yeah I have Trigicon Nightsites...2xs original 13 shot magazines and of course the modified barrel...

so you have the Super Compact 45...its even smaller than mine. I felt that was TOO small. The full size 45 was way big...and this was the only option at time time.

I bascially wanted the same gun WIL SMITH had in BAD BOYS II. He had a glock with the barrel done and I researched and had mine coated and treated too. So its sorta blinged out now! HA!

I've taken some guys over there before, just remember they only allow brass cases... I have something like 1,000 rounds just sitting here in metal jackets.....

My fuel pump is going out so I need this sold. If you guys can get ahold of a brand new fuel pump assembly, not just the pump, I'll trade you. Which means if you get one for $250, then you just bought this gun for $250. Help the vette owner. Hes so broke he bought a domestic. :D

actually what i need is the whole assembly. unfortunately the sending unit is going bad too so its not just the pump, but the whole assembly. i could get the pump for $50 but if I'm gonna take all of this apart, I should replace the whole thing anyways before it goes out completely and i'm screwed.
