Hey guys, if any of you know anyone with a PST2 (Porsche System Tester 2) let me know because those have the ROW software ready to flash into ECU's and i'd like to get that installed on my boxster... Thanks in advance!

Thanks Peter, ill give them a call today.

Steve when you reflash your ECu to Row settings, several things happen. ECU no longer triggers the secondary airinjection minutes after the cold start, alightly more agressive fuel maps, higher threshold before CEL's are triggered and ECU ignores imput from the O2 sensors after the cats.

would these settings apply to other models?

I would def be interested in doing the same thing. I have been hesitant to reflash with aftermarket stuff, but since this is OEM, RoW I would be willing to do it.

More info please...maybe we can make it a group buy or something. I would be into it for sure.

The trouble i found with getting pst2 equiped shops to do this for me is that they come back to me with a legal reasons why they cannot do that flash but they can offer me a revo flash.... go figure?!!?

it could be a legal thing as RoW is not technically LEGAL for US market. That is why it is RoW whereas an EVO or GIAC flash was developed here and has CARB exemption? That is my guess...but who knows.

I am sure there is a HACK for this...we just gotta find out how to get and flash our cars!
