Two people in custody ... one with a busted lip from the airbag ... the other guy is unhurt. Dump and Dumper...

I heard that they have one guy but then he left the country. The guy claimed he wasnt driving and the guy who was ran away. Seems shady, but the passenger airbag deployed.
