I couldn't agree with you more. Even though the article said they had no problem running the cars on the track. They certainly would attempt to deny a claim of warranty for failure under stress on the street while running the car "hard". There's already court case history of using a cars computer to verify conditions immediately before and after an accident. SOOO. We now know where all this is headed. "Black Boxes" in all cars. With access to all the info by Big Brother.
