Thanks Irving,

It looks a little too retro for me.... but I'll keep it under consideration... Anyone else?

that is the old one...the one I have and a few others.

the new 2nd gen one is smaller and thinner.

You asked for the best one...and jawbone is it. If you want looks and do not like the way it looks...then yeah get something else. But if you want the BEST...bluetooth, for sound quality both in hearing and speaking...I will repeat again...JAWBONE.

Do a search...jawbone is top pick from all the major websites and tech sites.

I've had the same earpiece for 2 years now and have never had any issues...I've always used Jabra headsets.

In no way am I suggesting that they are the best, it's just what I've used.

My current model is the JX10, which is very small and lightweight. Approximately 1 oz. or 10 grams...which are 2 features that drew my attention to this particular model. There are times when I forget that I have it on...

I'm sure there are better pieces available today; however, I particularly like the discreetness of the earpiece...

My 2 cents...

I abosultely cannot stand wearing one for the simple reason that they never fit my ear correctly, more specifically the ear hook part. Im going to go with the Iphone bluetooth headset cause its so small and light that the earbud in your ear is all you need to keep it stable. As for looks and cutting edge technology... i dont care, i just want something comfortible.

My main concern is the driving issue of course, I think I used the ear phones that came with the iphone since I only use it while driving... Maybe I should just stick with that (yes I know it has a cord and all but hey)...

Still considering.....

My only problem with the cord is i cant decide where to lay it against while im driving... I researched it abit and im going with a Plantronics Discovery 655

http://reviews.cnet.com/headsets/plantr ... 30123.html

Its an Ear-bud type headset which is what i want and its cnet.com's best reviewed earbud headset right now

Interesting. My phone stays on 24/7 as does my earpiece. Bluetooth is always enabled. Never had any issues with hackers...

Been doing it this way since my first Bluetooth phone 3+ years ago...

If you keep nude pictures on there like these idiotic celebrities do or if you have a phone list of important people/clients. Think about how many people keep important items on their Blackberrys.

I definately believe it happens...I guess I've been lucky so far...I'm pretty much a nobody so I'm safe...
