This law is retarded. This opens the flood gates. Soon it will be a ticket for eating while driving, doing makeup while driving, smoking, ect.... A bluetooth only makes you put both hands on the wheel, doesn't change the conversation or distractions.

You hit it right on the head Aren. All video enforcement is run by private companies contracted by the state. Arizona's traffic cameras are run by a company in AUSTRALIA!! Traffic enforcement seems 70% revenue generating, 30% safety.
