I am in that get together, I can pitch in my 2 cents. If you want list of foreclosure or bank owned properties let me know, you do not need a law firm for that. I will give it to you for free. And if you choose to use my services, I will donate part of my commission to your favorite charity (your pocket).

Well with the stupid bill they have proposed in the house right now let's all hope they don't pass it. This will give those who made bad buys a second chance by being able to refinance and get 15% off the origianl loan... :x

I'm open to late July or early Aug....
