Steve, There is only a limited amount of things that it can be. Its not like its software code, it is simple Lego like mechanics. Did you bolt something down too had and crack a header?

header is not cracked
and no I didn't torque them...
and I took it to 2 exhaust shop they said it might be gasket or the header is "warped" whatever that means....
but they still want $60 bucks so they can take it off and put it on right :shock:

Hey Carlos, the Bike could use some TLC. 6 pack of Corona's in it for ya.
