Hey Peter,

You have my heartfelt condolenses during this time of grief. My prayers are with you and your family and I'm sure that whatever plans God has for your Aunt they are for the best. Unfortunately, we do not always know what the best is...

God is always in control. I know it's difficult to understand sometimes but he is already taking care of your Aunt.

Several years ago my mother succumed to Stage 4 lung cancer. My prayer was simple, "God, if it is time for her to come home, please take her quickly so she doesn't have to suffer".

Although I miss my mother deeply, I'm glad she is with God and that he spared her from any long term suffering.
