Yep heard about this yesterday....posted about it on the 6 when I first heard.
As a WAMU customer I am happy...CHASE is a better bigger bank so I am cool. Plus I have all my MILLIONS to worry about....NOT.
the latest is nothing will change right now...and when it does, all the account #s will stay the same...and WAMU signage will be CHASE. This is perfect for Chase as they wanted/needed a western presence and they got Wamu for a sale and its a win win I think.
