Well, as mentioned earlier, I worked on rebuilding the carbs for the Triumph and installed new calipers, rotors and wheel bearings...

Rebuilding the carbs was quite simple. Took about 2 hours to complete.

Also, was able to complete the Kitchen as well. Overall, I had a great weekend...

You look like a fly-by night mechanic cross the border.

Hey Peter. They are actually rubber. You know those little cheapy ones you get in Hawaii...

Well, if you think that's bad, you should see what I looked like painting the kitchen...

Todd, I love your collection of cars man. I had 76 TR6, back in high school, that was my dream car. With those big red wall tires. I ended up selling it. If I have to do it again that is probably the car I wish I held on to. Had 79 Datsun 280Z, Mazda RX7. Put some Weber Carbs on that thing, It's great touring car. Can I come by and take a look. How is your wife doing by the way?

Hey Romy! Thanks bro. Yes, it was my dream car too. Unfortunately, I was never able to obtain one due to a lot of bad decisions on my part. But as you know, life gets better and we get wiser (Well, some of us do) and opertunities present themselves.

And yes, I've been contemplating either Webers or the SU's. Most likely will opt for the Webers along with headers and possibly a nice camshaft upgrade. Right now however, I just want to get her running and then I'll start on the interior, paint etc...

And of course what's a TR6 without the Michelin Red lines...classic.

Of course, you are always welcome to come by...just give me heads up...

The wife is okay, we just left her doctor a little while ago and we've got to coordinate with a radiation specialist at the City of Hope to begin her radiation treatments. She'll be going back to Cedars next weekend for more chemo as well. But overall she is doing great.

God is good... :D
