What's the deal with all the neg talk on the economics lately? Isn't there any pos+ information to talk about?

I'm sure you can dig through to post something pos+

Just makes it a little depressing to open the site to read a new post of how we are in the toilet and how bad things are and how bad they are going to be getting etc. etc....

I vote for one pos+ post for every neg- one.....

No point in worrying about things we cannot control. Let's just be prepared and go about our daily lives. I once read about the 90-10 principle, meaning 90% of the time we can control the results and only 10% are out of our control. Thanks Eli for reminding us. :D


Thanks, although I don't agree with the program as Romi has expressed if it will help the econimic state we're in I guess it's better for more than not. Even if it prevents those of us who were hoping on gaining something out of a crash in the real-estate market.

Too bad the Gov won't just give everyone help including those of us who made wise choices during the big rush....
