Yeah, I'd be pretty pissed off if my convertible top wasnt covered in the warranty if it cracked on me.

Yeah sometimes they say anything just to get your car in the service lane. Its a shame that some dealers risk losing clientel by doing this type of thing for afew extra bucks on an invoice.
