Nice find, at first I through it is a Carrera Cab.

Anyway, to do this conversion, you need to change the bumper ($1200), lights ($1000), front panels ($800), and misc support parts ($500). Plus add the local installation cost. Heard others have done just that to their early Carreras and it costed them ~$8000 completed. It's sure look nice.
