With the econimic time we face, I've actually had a couple of my old buddies who (worked at the dealers) hit me up for work. I would venture to say that I may offer more services than before knowing that we could now handle those big items.

Although when having to pick a dealer before opening McKenna was my ticket but it had to be certain techs since they are not all created equal back there. Yes, they have had lots of movement with staff in the past 5-years...

As far as service and warrantee work, we have done them and now with our software we can pull up service codes, values and check out history with printed reports which is very nice... :)
