Looks like a Veilside wing commonly found on your Jap vehicles. They might not have bad products just a little too much to swallow for most.

I've seen plenty worse here in KY.
They will try to turn a Chevy Cavalier 1990 model into a racing Jap with wings, ground effects and those noisy slip ons for exhaust.
