I bent a wheel on my '04 Special Edition. The inside of the wheel is out of round. Outside, it looks fine.

It still holds air and I didn't know it was bent until I took it off to do a brake job this weekend.

I'm sure this will be difficult to replace as it's painted Arctic Gray because of the Limited Edition options.

Does anyone know a great wheel place in Los Angeles that can fix this? Even better is if it's close to Mid-Wilshire (where I work) or Monterey Park (where I live).

I see that Eli (fastforwardwheels) can paint them, but can he repair an out of round rim?

Thanks

Eli should be able to repair. If it is something beyond his repair he can outsource it for you. He should see this post and PM you or you PM him. I can recco Eli for sure. He fixed my rims and my rims needed "special" handling as well..he took care of it and gave me a great deal.

Hey Mr 550,

Fastforwardwheels primary business is the rapair of all types of wheels. The painting is secondary. I've used there services on several occasions and have been completely satisfied with the results.

I've had the pleasure of utilizing both their custom paint work and their repair service and the results were fantastic.

I've used other competitors services; however, the results were sub standard compared to Fastforwardwheels.

I've also recommended friends and they have been overwhelmingly happy with the pricing and the workmanship.

Give them a try, you won't be sorry.
