True, but my main concern is what the gains will be and what the sound will be like if you were to just gut out that car completely and leave the rest of the pipes to keep the sound muffled. I assume you would get a deeper rumble out of it.

Search youtube for videos of gutted 987 mufflers... there might be a few there.
