It can be one of 2 things or both.

1) Oil Separator leaking oil... Must Replace
2) Oil Inlet hose leaking oil... Must Replace

Since you have oil at the top of the throttle body im going to say its little bits of oil from the J-tube that goes from AOS into the side of the throttle body.

pressurize your hose first!
make sure it is not leaking before going into the bigger things!!
