First off, hello and welcome. Now as to your question, here is the answer:

P1123 - Oxygen Sensing Adaptation Area 1 (Cylinders 1 - 3) - Lean Threshold

I would read this thread as well since it seems to be about your issue.

The third page of that post seems to have some different solutions that worked for different people, but I would recommend reading it all to get a greater understanding. Best of luck on solving your issue.

OMFG, get used to the engine light buddy. I've had the Oxygen Sensors causing my engine light to stay on for about 3 years now haha. No worries. It comes and goes as it pleases. Enjoy the car..
