It's not going to happen buddy,

The REAR lid is far too wide.....

Now if you're talking about the FRONT hood, then it will fit from C2/C4/C4S/GT3/Turbo/GT2/Targa/GT3RS on the same 996 body of course.....

Is this the look you're going for?

it can be done but with a decent amount of modification.

One of our guys V2 aka Valerio just had his Turbo rear bumper installed. he had it done by Speedgallery and is not sure if it is OEM. No matter what it looks clean plus he has the euro turbo bumper...NO BUMPERETTES.

You can go OEM with modification or go aftermarket with a decent fit. It all depends on who does your bodywork.

and yes this is an old questions...Turbos and C4 and C4S 911s are referred to as widebody cars where everyone else is a narrow body.

Irv,

If I'm not mistaken, his questions was to fit a TT hood on a C2 not a C4 or C4S...

You can have OEM turbo rear put on 996 NA with cutting both side wheel arch with body shop bonding.

I do believe they will just cut the bumper down the middle, remove a section and bond the two outer sections together....

hahah,,yeah I know what he meant...it is a case if symantics. On our cars...the "hood" is actually the trunk right? Since the engine is in the rear...so our HOOD is actually in the rear.

I was just posting regarding the turbo DECK LID and REAR BUMPERS...which is what most people want. If you are going for a turbo deck lid you gotta go turbo bumper right?

Hey Big Irv...I gotcha...I just think that because of the significant rear width differential between the C2 and the TT it will probably be a bit much to install the wider TT hood on the C2 without major modifications...
