Deep Dish Wheels

Postby SPDADCT » Thu Oct 16, 2008 6:32 pm

Nah, those wheels would look good on a 930, 964, or a GT2 993. The 996 and Up cars look good with bigger center and reversed rims, where the lip is flat with the center.

My sentiments exactly...to old school for the newer 911's.

These look like the older version of WORK wheels, the dish you have photo-chopped would not fit your vehicle as you can tell the off-set in the wheels is just too exteme for your stock fenders. You would loose some wheel-lip if this did take place.

If you're digging that old-school patter with the non-reverse drop design then take a look at Kinesis wheels. No longer owned by Kinesis they were taken over by Lexani so the make might be a bit different...

Good Luck,

Exactly! Rauh-Welt Begriff uses a lot of these on his cars...looks bitchin on the old school wide body 930's and 993's...looks real fugly on newer models...

So far the best I can find are the ones I had on my 996 Carrera and the Techart Formula GTS
