This isnt really new for Porsche. It was introduced on the Carrera GT when it was launched in 05. The CGT features color codes on driver and passenger side to identify rotation during track events. Eventually it will work its way down to all the models as an option.

Not really introduced on the CGT as you know the RSR was the real deal and sure kept more than it's original value in today's market...
