Here's a blurb from the R&T website:

Edit: I guess I can't post urls yet?

Just go to the R&T website, it's about 1/3 of the way down on the main page.

The 2011 911 will be changed enough to warrant a new internal coding, in this case "998." In an attempt to throw off spy photographers, the 911's heavily disguised tail section appeared to be hiding an all-new wing for the Turbo model. In fact, what's underneath is a new version of the 911 Carrera's speed-activated wing. Those Turbo-look side vents are also fake.

Speaking of active aero, rumors suggest the next 911 will use active air vents and an active front spoiler. We've also heard the car might use cameras to replace the side mirrors, which seems plausible since the prototype's side mirrors are on the doors instead of the usual 911 location at the base of the A-pillars.

The reshaped front of this 911 prototype appears taller, most likely in an effort to comply with pedestrian-impact standards. But those wacky lights at the rear? Those are only for testing, with the real ones hidden beneath the disguise.

We don't expect huge changes in the engine department: the 911 will still be powered by a flat-6, with rear- and all-wheel-drive models, in both coupe and convertible forms. The base Carrera might see a modest increase to about 260 bhp, while the S model could push close to 400 bhp. Reworked 911 Turbo and GT3 models should follow a year or so later in 2012.

I do think there is a type-O in this last section concerning 260 HP when I do think they meant to say 360 HP.
