Clutch Problem

Postby Jitters » Sat May 12, 2007 10:16 am

Anyone know where I can find a good deal on a clutch disk for my 1988 930 Turbo? I'm interested in doing the job myself but am new to the Porsche market. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Todd

Hey Rich, Thanks man. Yep, it was fun as usual. No regrets. Wish you were there. If I had it to do over again. I would...Things happen and I learned a valuable lesson. I know that these cars are not designed for drag racing persay, but more for ciruit and roadcourse racing. I understand now that all the weight is in the rear plus the fact that the car has so much torque after the boost sets in that its almost impossible to spin the tires, so you wind up spinning the clutch instead. Oh well, life is great and I learned something in the process.
