Following was provided by ToolPants (thanks!)

All those lights should go out if the faults are not detected again.

You can also check with Loren on renntech.org

ckwokus wrote:Well here is the good new, I replaced my no good MAF sensor with an used one. But one with a different part# on it. The one I had was ending in 125.01 and the new one is ending in 124.00 they both look the same... anyway, it worked! Once I disconnected the neg. battery cable it reset by itself and here you go... it cleared all the light, and the ABS and PSM are working again. I still have yet check the voltage on the replacment sensor, even with the different part number... I'm wondering if they are the same exact parts?!

996-606-125-01 is for the 2002 and ON
996-606-124-00 is for the 2001 and BEFORE

You have the early sensor on your later car.....
