Anything else involved besides changing the carriers? Are the rear S brakes the same as standard 997 rears or larger / thicker disks as well?

I've poked around on the usual pcar forums and didn't find much on the topic- Found a few threads started with the same question, but no answers.

TIA-

Are you still considering? If so why don't you just have the owner of the S rotors measure them up, you'll be able to tell right away. If you need a solid answer I'd have to look them up at the shop for you, I'm at home now.... :)

Makes sence that you'd need the 997S brake master cause with Larger calipers, you'd need to have a larger brake master to fill that larger void inside the new calipers.

If you dont have to replace the wheel hub then it might be worth it for the performance and the look as well. All it would require is time, lots of rags and lots of bleeding the system once you have the parts installed. You'd probably recoop some of your loses on the job if you have your original calipers painted then sold.
