Michelin PS2 265/18 out perform Micheiln SP2 295/19

Postby FastForwardWheels » Mon Jul 14, 2008 10:59 am

Guys,

Well after the track times yesterday I guess it's true that the narrow of the two set ups helped to perform not only due to a slim wheel but due to the size (diameter).

The smaller diam helped pull me out of those tight turns quickly and the narrow tire helped me have more control in drift form of the car.

The car was easy to brake freely with the narrow tires. The issue I had last time was when the car started to brake away it there was too much behind it at the time so it resulted in what would appear to the watchers as oversteer.
