Yes, you can do that, temporary... But I wouldn't drive like regular, that's for sure....

BTW, if you get a flat in the rear, you'll need to put that 19" in the passenger seat since it won't fit in the front. You should carry a bag or something which will keep your passenger seat clean just incase...
