They are useful and since P-codes arent Porsche specific but are universal, it'll work on any ODBII equiped car.

I have one, it's pretty nice to see what's up with your car before the tech does. Gives you the chance to do some research on the problem before getting someone else to look at it....

You can borrow mine..... I know where you live... :)
