Hey people, me and my wife are planning on going on a vacation somewhere... and we kinda want it to be a one of a kind unique place. Tell us some great places we can go to!!

I can tell you where NOT to go--Pennsylvania!

As far as somewheres to go unique, maybe a trip to Australia, or New Zealand!

Haha, Rich, I just hate it here honestly. Some people like it here because of the season change, but in the particular area I live in, there is nothing at all to do. Like my father said, until I get out there, it's hard to explain or understand the difference of living, he says it is a completely different lifestyle altogether! Lately, I have had even more personal reasons to want to move than anything, but I won't get into them, let's just say me and my mother have had a rough time with people around here lately (nothing our faults btw), making it all the more reason we want to get out of here and out there!
Here are some pictures of the 'fantastic' area that is Matamoras, Pennsylvania;

This is the main road, there are houses on the left and right of it (obviously);
NOTE: that station wagon is about the most pimp and awsome car you are going to find in this town (at least since my father shipped the boxster out lol)



Here is the local park in town, about 30 seconds from my house. Im going to be honest, I used to go to the park everyday in my younger years, and still go every now and again to play basketball, but I have absolutely no idea what that big dirt field 'thing' in the top of the picture is hahah;

Ah yes, the local taxadermist, every town should have one of these redneck central, germ-infested buildings!;



The rust-filled bridge that connects my town (Matamoras) with the town next to mine in NY (Port Jervis) I am literally in spitting distance from this town, because my house is about 15 seconds driving from when you get off the small bridge (I am also about 5 minutes from NJ, which is why they call the area I live in the 'Tri-State Area'). This picture shows going from Port Jervis INTO Matamoras;



Heck yea! The local grimy-restaurant that is Stewarts!;




Here is a GREAT shot of the area around the local Price Chopper (Grocery Store). I think you are starting to get the picture...;

Here is probably the best picture you will ever find of the town NEXT to mine, Port Jervis, the one in NY. Any other picture would probably show a man being shot or stabbed...I kid! But the place is chalk-full of sleezballs and welfare losers that are too fat and lazy to get a job. And yes, I am serious when I say about 85% of this town is either very obese or very 'gangsta'. The fact that this is the town next to mine is a big reason we want to get out of here, because our town is starting to become overrun by the people of this town (I'm sure you can see the differences between here and Thousand Oaks Rich lol);

And last but CERTAINLY not least, here is a link to the pictures of my house for sale, in case anyone is interested! Ahahah, after my little rant i'm sure I will be getting offers through the roof about the house lol. By the way, don't mind my brothers in the one picture, apparently the realtor was too lazy to tell them to get out of the way lol. The pictures make the rooms look tiny for some reason, there actually not that small (what is this, a house for aants!);

We had to lower the price quite a bit, because not only do we want to sell it as fast as possible so we can all be out there, but the houses and areas around our house really lower the value, it's such a shame!

By the way Rich, I found out the particular area my father is currently staying in and wants to move is West Lake Villiage, I guess it is IN the town of Thousand Oaks. A little confusing to me, the towns run differently than around here. Do you know that particular area?

Thanks for that link, should be interesting. Next week my father told me he is going to a Ferrari show in LA, he MIGHT have said the Staples Center, though I could be wrong. Any idea which he is talking about? (He says it is supposedly a huge car show)

Definately ask your co-worker about the area, I would like to know as much about it as possible, though I know from what my father says it will be a 100% change for the better from our current location. I think there are a few celebrities that live in West Lake Villiage, not that it matters or I really give a crap (unless it's Jessica Simpson or Jessica Alba), but I know Heather Locklear does. If only I lived there 40 years ago hahah!
